Master Plan Proposal would also allow land development….3,250 residential units…800-student housing units…480-condos…2-hotels…3-office buildings…some 2.4-million square feet of office space…plus parking for 16,400 cars on entire sight…..Individual developers would buy parcels of land from the FS-inventory…..Still to be negotiated would be a price for the 79-acres…..City would pay for and raze Qualcomm Stadium….City Council and Mayor have already been updated on Master Plan.

San Diego State…issues statement says project has too much density….no plan nor room to expand football stadium out to 40,000….Questions specifics about proposal to turn over Stadium as gift to university in 5-years…must still negotiate revenue streams-tax breaks on the gift project.
