Chargers-Rams….Stan Kroenke-Dean Spanos-Negotiators spend Monday discussing parameters of ‘partnership deal’ that would allow Chargers to move into Hollywood Park….Kroenke gave San Diego 2-proposals……Partnership-Spanos would pay 850M as his share of construction of stadium in addition to 550M for territorial fee……Spanos would receive half of all revenue for year round ‘all’ events in the Stadium…….2nd proposal would be as a ‘Tenant’…..Chargers would not pay any construction costs-but pay rental fee-would receive all Stadium revenue from their ‘Game Day-Home Game’ Events. ….Kroenke would hold developmental rights for the other 250-acre tract of land at the Hollywood Park sight……Rams-Chargers impose a news blackout on talks, that will continue this week….UT said owners were not at meeting….Orange County Register said they were….No details on when second meeting happens.
