• NFL..Rams owner Stan Kroenke has joined forces with Stockbridge Capital to build an NFL Stadium, a concert building, and office buildings on 360-acres of land at the once famous Hollywood Park race track sight in Inglewood…Kroenke is proposing an 80,000-seat Stadium for the Rams, Super Bowls, Pro Bowl, NFL combine, and hosting NCAA games…His net worth is 12B….Hollywood Park officials say they expect to break ground late in 2015..The NFL response is no once can file an application to move to Los Angeles till February lst, 2016…Kroenke proposal would be to move to the Rose Bowl for 2Y-then move into the City of Champions Park in 2018….The NFL would only say any move has to be approved by 24-of-32 owners….No mention of the potential Territorial Fee the NFL had wanted for anyone moving into Los Angeles…No mention of a 2nd team, in the AFC, sharing the stadium with the NFC-Rams….The Rams go to a year-to-year lease at the Edward Jones Dome in St Louis effective this February.

• St Louis…Governors Task Force this Friday will present Governor Jay Nixon their proposal for an outdoor Stadium in that city….The Task Force is expected to make public its plan to fund the Stadium at the end of January.

• NFL..Head of officiating Dean Blandino says refs crew in Lions-Cowboys game blew a critical call…Cowboys linebacker Anthony Hitchens should have been flagged for defensive holding on late game drive by the Lions…Refs threw flag-then picked it up-saying Hitchens was ‘face guarding’ which is not illegal in NFL..Blandino said it was blatant holding on tight end Brandon Pettigrew.
