Chargers….NFL owners head to New York tonight to begin 2-days of meetings to sort out Chargers-Raiders stadium-market problems.

NFL…Reports Commissioner Roger Goodell is getting “blowkback” from NFL owners about “creating bridge loans”. to help Chargers…NFL owners fearful it creates a bad precedent for the NFL when other cities-teams have stadium issues-will league be asked for additional ‘bailouts’.

NFL….Sources say owners are concerned about the Raiders ownership situation and the attempt of casino owner Sheldon Adelson to buy minority control of the team…Still to be determined is territorial fee, possibly 200M, they would want Raiders to pay to move into Las Vegas.

NFL…6-Member Stadium committee-headed by Art Rooney and 7-Member Finance committee-led by Bob McNair will be involved in the two days of discussions.

Alabama-L-Clemson (35-31)…QB-Deshaun Watson drove Clemson the length of the field with (:61) left on the clock…threw a 2Y-TD pass to Hunter Renfroe with (:01) left to give the Tigers the win over Alabama in the National Championship game…Watson threw 3-TD passes in the 2nd half to rally Clemson from a (14-0) deficit….Clemson QB was (36-56) for 420Y-passing and added 43Y-rushing…he survived 3-helmet hits during the game and was sacked 4-times……Game winning drive came minutes after Alabama QB-Jalen Hurts drove the Tide for a go-ahead TD-he scored on a 30Y-run to get Bama the lead back….Alabama lost RB-Bo Scarbrough with an ankle injury early in the 2nd half, and was (0-11) on 3rd down conversions in the game but still got the lead at the end till Watson’s heroics… .Clemson finished with (511Y) on offense…ran off 99-players against the Tide’s nationally ranked defense and controlled the ball for (34:44)..
