NFL says it will not allow San Diego-St Louis groups to meet with full ownership in October fall meeting.

Committee on LA will meet with each city to ask all pertinent questions, then put summary of information to be given to full owners to study.

Eric Grubman and John Mara will head six member groups coming in to listent to proposals.

Oakland has no package to present and will not be involved in face to face meetings.

NFL not expected to make any decision till December on status of vacant LA market, and no vote to be taken between now and then.
