Chargers-Cleveland…San Diego finally wins a game against an (0-14) Browns team which does not have a quarterback….Pick a stat, and Cleveland has horrible numbers…Offense (300YPG)…Defense (400YPG)….TDs allowed…Sacks allowed…blowout losses…close losses….5-different starting QBs this year….25-different starting QBs since franchise returned in 1999…..San Diego nightmare offensive line play last 7-games….Bolts with 32-turnovers to go with 36-sacks…No Melvin Gordon this week again…Chargers cannot lose or can they?

Denver-Kansas City….Broncos in terrible slide….Cannot run the ball…Trevor Siemian struggling get ball into the endzone…Chiefs playing defense first..hoping to score just enough to win-just not lots of firepower for Alex Smith…but it is at Arrowhead so that helps.

Giants-Eagles..Eli Manning has New York rolling…(10-4)…won 8-of-9….Eagles went (3-0) out of gate with rookie QB-Carson Wentz…since them have lost 9-of-11.

Rams-San Francisco…Combined record (5-23)…QB’s struggling…San Francisco no defense…Rams no offense.

Atlanta-Carolina…Cam Newton remains enraged refs not protecting him from helmet hits…Falcons have explosive offense..Still no Luke Kuechly sighting…Panthers 1-week away from ending horribly disappointing season.

Washington-Chicago…Redskins late season fade troubling…who knows future of QB-Kirk Cousins…Bears misery may lead them to determine Matt Barkley might be QB to go with instead of Jay Cutler.

New England-Jets…Terrible seson for New York…Team never recovered from Ryan Fitzpatrick QB-holdout all of off season and camp…never survived some real attitude issues on defense…Patriots striving for home field advantage entire playoff run.

Miami-Buffalo…Dolphins final two thirds of season pretty good…Backup QB-Matt Moore has to face Bills defense…Miami must face bitter cold weather and wind also in upstate New York…Rex Ryan-can he keep his job…maybe if they have another upset win in their pocket.

Tennessee-Jacksonville…Titans need a win to stay in playoff hunt…Jaguars fired coach Gus Bradley-won’t mean much since erratic Blake Bortels is still at QB.

Green Bay-Minnesota…Aaron Rodgers dragging Packers into wild card playoff race…Some collapse by Vikings, no run game, no offensive line, wasting great defensive season…(5-0) start wiped out by 7-losses in 9-games.

Oakland-Indianapolis…Amazing turn around by Raiders…from (56-136) record over 11-years, to (11-3) this season…Colts trying to hang on in wildcard playoff race, need monster game from Andrew Luck at QB.

Seattle-Arizona…Russell Wilson is carrying Seahawks…Weight of world too heavy for Carson Palmer in Arizona. Cards defense big disappointment this year in non playoff season.

New Orleans-Tampa Bay…Bucs need big numbers and no turnovers from QB-Jameis Winston….Saints Drew Brees putting up tremendous numbers in non playoff season for Saints.

Bengals-Houston… Disappointing year for team wrapped around Andy Dalton…Texans benched turnover prone QB-Brock Osweiler to go with backup Tom Savage.

Ravens-Steelers..Dandy of a matchup…Ben Roethlisberger and all his big play pieces in the tool box, against the rock hard Ravens defense…..Wildcard in this one will be Joe Flacco playing bombs away against sub-standard Steelers secondary.

Dallas-Detroit…Dak and Zeke (Prescott & Elliot) keep winning…..Matthew Stafford running a balanced offense for first time ever…Too much Cowboys in this one.
