Onto weekend four in the NFL schedule, and injuries seem to overshadowing alot of storylines
BENGALS-MIAMI…Cincinnati QB-Joe Burrow gets up off the deck and throws for a ton of yards in a win they really needed. The Dolphins did not need this, the scary head-neck injury to QB-Tua Tagovailoa, the second week in a row he has been hurt with similar injuries. Last week was a not concussion, this one likely if not more.
CHARGERS-HOUSTON..Brandon Staley is (2-5) since the end of last season. A banged up QB…a devastating injury to his LT and his top DE. If they were playing anyone else than the anemic Texans, the Bolts might be in trouble.
RAIDERS-BRONCOS…Guess the big question, could the loser’s season could be over. Russell Wilson does not look like the vintage Russell Wilson. The Raiders don’t look like they have a full roster of talent. Two big disappointments.
VIKINGS-SAINTS…Minnesota loses RB-Dalvin Cook. The Saints have a banged up QB-Jameis Winston and injury problems at wide receiver. New Orleans looks to be in real trouble
BROWNS-FALCONS..Heavy duty run game takes the workload off the quarterback, so Jacob Brissett and Cleveland should win.
DALLAS-WASHINGTON..Cooper Rush looks like he can play in this league. Carson Wentz looks like nothing compared to how he played early in his career.
SEATTLE-DETROIT..We find out how far the Seahawks have fallen if they lose to Jared Goff and the Lions
COLTS-TITANS…A desperation game for the loser. Both teams have alot of players ailing around their quarterbacks.
BEARS-GIANTS…Justin Fields has just 23-completions in 3-weeks. Daniel Jones is still standing despite all the hits and lack of protection. This will not be an artistic game.
JAGUARS-EAGLES…Philadelphia is hitting on all cylinders-they are so explosive. Jacksonville is coming off a huge win against the Chargers.
BILLS-RAVENS…All you need to know, last guy touches the ball, wins. Think Josh Allen-Lamar Jackson will put up some numbers in this game?
CAROLINA-ARIZONA..Baker Mayfield carrying the workload for the Panthers. Kyler Murray makes the entire offense go for the Cardinals.
PATRIOTS-PACKERS…Things spiraling down in Foxboro for Belichick. Here comes Aaron Rodgers. And that is a troubled New England offense that does not have QB-Mac Jones.
CHIEFS-TAMPA BAY…Normally this would be a great matchup, but Tom Brady has so many injured guys not in his huddle, tough to believe he can keep up with Pat Mahomes firepower
RAMS-49Ers….Jimmy Garoppolo meets Aaron Donald-this will be a fierce challenge for the Niners in what could be a street fight of a game. Jimmy G better not make the kind of mistakes he made last week.. That Rams defense can brawl too.
JETS-STEELERS…Zach Wilson returns to the lineup, but his team is down 3-offensive tackles. Lucky TJ Watt is not back yet for Pittsburgh. Steelers yet to come together on offense with QB-malaise.
