Chiefs-Eagles…Pick ’em Pal.

This Sunday showdown will be exceptional.

They are forecast a record 116M-viewers on Fox for the game itself.

A creative genius Andy Reid against a free-spirited creative juice guy like Nick Sirianni.  Reid is headed to the Hall of Fame, with that (268-154) record.  He is a mad scientist with formations coupled with the wizardry of Patrick Mahomes.  Sirianni has fast tracked Jalen Hurts to become a complete and dangerous QB.
EDGE..Chiefs

What a QB-matchup, Mahomes (5771Y-45TD) passing this year.  Hurts (4710APY-47TD)…Mahomes records are astonishing (10-2) in postseason and (74-19) overall.  Hurts is (16-1) this year and (25-12) in 2-plus seasons.  Based on experience in big games KC looks better.  Hurts ability to do QB draws and scrambles has to be respected..but this is Mahomes you are playing.  EDGE: Chiefs

WR-TE matchups..Pick your poison-who you are going to defend.  TE-Travis Kelce (134R) this year…and Hall of Fame credentials (941R-84Td)…Add in what they get in big yardage plays from JuJu Smith-Marquez Scantling and now you know what KC averaged (413YPG) on offense.  The Eagles go deep thanks to Davonta Smith (105R) and AJ Brown (95R) this season.  Add in Dallas Goebert (65R) and they are dangerous down the field.  EDGE: Eagles

RB..Rookie Isaiah Pacheco has been dynamic, and Jarrick McKinnon has contributed in so many ways.  But Miles Sanders ran up (1660Y) rushing and has 2-capable backups.  They run so physically.  EDGE: Eagles

OL..The names you need to know are Lane Johnson and Landon Dickerson, both now healthy alongside Jason Kelce..  The entire Philly front isn’t sexy-they just slug you.  Can you name me any Chiefs OL aside from Orlando Brown.  EDGE: Eagles

DEFENSE..Prepare for war.  The Chiefs bring Chris Jones-Frank Clark-George Karlaftis.  The Eagles give you heavy doses of Fletcher Cox, Hassan Riddick, Brandon Grahame, Javon Hargrove.  And Philly rebuilt the backend with Darius Slay-James Bradberry-CJ Johnson.  Rough and tumble.  EDGE: Eagles

KICKERS:…Harrison Bitker can get you long distance field goals.  Brett Kern needs to have a solid game.  EDGE: Chiefs

WHO WINS…This game will be won at the line of scrimmage.  Despite the houdini abilities of Mahomes, there is just too much physicality in the Eagles front seven and the back end on defense is so active.  The numbers do not lie 78-sacks and 31-turnover this year for Philadelphia.  The Chiefs had 62-sacks and 24-takeaways.  Both QBs will be under siege, just don’t think the KC offensive line can hold up.  And Philadellphia can pound it and throw it.
