Thursday Night Football – Nov. 13th, 2014

Bills-at-Miami….Big matchup for both teams, fighting likely for a wildcard playoff berth…There are 11-teams in the AFC with 5-wins or more and the fight for the wildcard spots will be fierce down the stretch….A Bills win virtually knocks Miami out of the box, because Buffalo would own the tiebreaker by having won both games against the Dolphins.
Journeyman quarterback Kyle Orton has played really well since replacing EJ Manuel….He has 10TDs-3 interceptions and has managed games well, though Buffalo is struggling without CJ Spiller and the lingering injuries to RB-Fred Jackson….Miami has WR-Mike Wallace (40R)…Buffalo has rookie Sammy Watkins (42-catches) to lead the passing game…..The Dolphins have had their own injury issues at running back, and have lived off the strength of QB-Ryan Tannehill, who will play despite a bruised shoulder.
Defenses will decide this game, and the Bills bring some big time heat…New defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz, has brought fire, pride and blitzes to that side of the ball….Buffalo has 19 takeaways and 34-quarterback sacks….The Dolphins will be without starting left tackle Brandon Albert, gone for the year with a season ending injury last Sunday.
The Bills historically haven’t done well in Miami, but they might win this one with the injury issues in Miami.
